1. Who we are
This site is operated by Starry Services. In everything below, "we" and "us" mean
Starry Services, and "you" means the person using the site.
We sell three things: in game gifts delivered to a named player, swaps
between crypto currencies, and a way to rent your Roblox account out
for gifting.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Roblox
Corporation, and we are not Discord. Roblox and
the names of the games named here are trademarks of their owners, used
only to describe what we do.
2. Who may use this
You must be at least 13, and at least the age at which you can agree
to this on your own where you live. In parts of Europe that age is 16.
If you are under it, a parent or guardian has to agree for you.
We check this the only way this site can. Signing in is through
Discord and nothing else, and Discord sets its own minimum age at sign
up. We do not ask for a date of birth and we hold none, so we cannot
verify your age ourselves and we do not claim to.
We do not knowingly hold data about a child below the age above. If
you believe we do, tell us and we will delete it.
3. Your account
Signing in with Discord tells us four things and no
more. A Roblox password, login cookie or two factor code is only ever
asked for by a form on this site, and nobody here will ever ask you
for one in a message.

4. Prices and paying
Every order is charged before it runs. There is no
credit, no invoice after the fact, and no way to end up owing us
money.

A price you were shown is the price you pay. If we cannot honour it we
refuse the order instead of charging a different figure. A quote that
has a countdown on it is only good until that countdown ends, and
after that the order is priced again before anything is taken.
We set our own rates and fees and may change them at any time. A change
reaches work that has not been priced yet, and nothing else. An order
you have already confirmed, a rental already running, and money already
added to your balance all keep the rate they were given. We do not
reprice anything backwards, and a rate change never creates a debt.
5. Refunds
A job that does not deliver does not keep your money.
What differs is where the refund lands, because the products pay from
different places.

Gifts settle one at a time, so one failure refunds only itself and the
rest of the order carries on. A gift already bought in game has been
delivered, and is not refundable after that point.
6. How long it takes
Most of the wait on this site belongs to Roblox or to a
blockchain, not to us. Where that is true we say so instead of hiding
it behind a spinner.

7. What we refuse
These are refusals, not fine print. An order that asks
for one of them is turned down before it is charged.

You agree not to use this site to launder money, to pay for or move
the proceeds of a crime, to break Roblox's own rules, to reach an
account you do not own, or to attack the site or the people running
it. We can refuse an order, hold a payout, or close an account where
we reasonably believe one of those is happening.
8. What we hold
The full list, and it is short because the site was built
to need very little. Everything marked sealed is encrypted where it is
stored, under a key kept outside the database.

Two things are handled and never stored. A Roblox login cookie you
supply for a gift exists for as long as the request carrying it and no
longer: it is not written down, not logged, and never drawn back onto
a page. The username, password and authenticator secret for an account
you list for renting are passed straight on to the system that mints
the session, and this site keeps none of the three.
9. Why we hold it
We hold your Discord id, name and roles to sign you in, to know which
prices and products you are entitled to, and to show you your own
orders. We hold your balance and its movements, and your orders, to
deliver what you paid for and to keep an accurate record of money.
Where the law asks for a basis: the first is that we cannot perform
our contract with you without it, and the second is the same plus our
legal duty to keep accurate financial records. We do not profile you,
we make no automated decision that has a legal effect on you, and we
do not use anything here for advertising.
10. Who else sees it
Two, and they are both named here. We sell nothing to
anybody, and there is no advertiser, data broker or analytics company
in this list because we use none.

Discord sees only that you signed in. We ask it for two things, your
identity and your roles in our server, and it gives us nothing else.
Our own order system receives what an order needs to run: a recipient
name for a gift, an address for a swap, an amount, and the id the
order belongs to.
We do count, for ourselves, how far people get through an order. When
a page is opened, or a step of a form is reached, the site adds one to
a counter, and the whole of what is written down is the name of the
step, the hour it happened in, and how many times it happened in that
hour. There is no id, no name, no address, no session and no page
address in that record, so it cannot be traced back to a person even
by us. Nothing is stored in your browser for it and it is shown to
nobody outside.
11. How long we keep it
Your account and its records stay while the account is open. Ask us to
close it and we remove what we are free to remove.
What survives that is the financial record: what was ordered, what was
charged, and when. We keep those for as long as tax and accounting
rules require us to, because we are not permitted to delete them on
request. Everything else goes with the account.

A request is handled by a person, not by a button on this site, so
tell us which of these you want and we will confirm when it is done.
We will ask you to make the request from the Discord account the data
belongs to, because that is the only way we can tell it is you.
13. Cookies
Three, all of them necessary to sign you in, and none of
them shared. There is no consent banner on this site because there is
nothing here to consent to.

The short name beside each one is what your browser calls it, so you
can open the cookie list your browser already has and match this table
row by row. All three are readable only by this site, are not readable
by a script, and are sent only on a request to this site. We store
nothing else in your browser, and no page here loads a font, a script,
an image or a measurement pixel from anywhere else.
Signing in sends you to discord.com, and Discord sets its own cookies
there under its own policy. None of those are set on this site, none
of them are readable by us, and no code of Discord's runs on any page
here.
14. Security
Names, gift recipients and crypto addresses are encrypted where they
are stored, under a key held outside the database and outside the
folder it sits in. Traffic is served over HTTPS. Every form on the
site refuses a submission that did not come from one of our own pages,
and the browser is told to load nothing at all from anywhere else.
No system is perfect. If you find a hole, tell us before you tell
anybody else and we will fix it and thank you. Do not test anything
against another person's account or another person's money.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 at level AA. This is a statement
of what is built and what is not yet, not a badge.

Turn on the reduced motion setting your operating system already has
and every animation on this site stops, including the reveal as you
scroll. Nothing is hidden behind motion, so switching it off never
costs you a word of the page.
Every order form is sent as ordinary HTML and works with no script
running. The step by step gifting form is an improvement laid over a
form that is already complete, which is why it can be switched off
without taking the product with it.
Where a figure changes under you without the page reloading, it is
announced. A fee, a total, a chain minimum, a swap price going out of
date, the state of each gift while a cart is being sent: a screen
reader is told the new number instead of leaving the old one sitting
on screen unread. Those are the places money is decided, which is why
they were the ones worth getting right first.
Why we hold ourselves to this. No federal rule sets an accessibility
standard for a private shop online. The Americans with Disabilities
Act is written about places of public accommodation, the courts have
not agreed whether a shop with no premises is one, and the Justice
Department rule that names a version of these guidelines covers state
and local government instead of businesses like us. What is not in
doubt is that we published the claim at the top of this section, and
that several state civil rights laws reach a business of any size. So
we treat the published claim as the thing that binds us, and we would
sooner build to it than argue about which statute reaches us.
How this was checked, and what that is worth. Reviewed on 2 August
2026 against WCAG 2.2 at level AA, over every page a customer can
reach, by reading the markup, the stylesheets and the scripts, and by
computing every text and border colour against what is actually
painted behind it. Nobody outside this business has checked it, and it
has not been tested with every screen reader on every browser. It is a
careful self assessment and it is not an audit.
What we know is still short. The delivery recording sold with a gift
is silent screen capture, with no captions and no written description
of the clip itself. The order page beside it states in words which
account sent, what was sent, to whom, and whether it went through, and
that is the alternative until there is a description. Ask and we will
write one out for your order.
16. If something goes wrong
Ask us in Discord with the order id from that order's
own page. That id is enough to find any order, and it is the fastest
route to a person.

17. What we are liable for
We are liable for delivering what you paid for, or giving the money
back. Where an order fails, what you get back is what you paid for
that order.
We are not liable for what Roblox does to an account, for a game
changing or removing an item, for a blockchain fee or a delay, or for
anything you lost that does not follow directly from our failure. None
of this limits anything that cannot be limited by law, including
liability for our own fraud.
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise the site is never
down, and a wait caused by Roblox or by a chain is not a failure on our
part.
18. Changes and contact
When these change, the date at the top changes with them. An order
already placed is governed by what this page said when you placed it.
Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of
the United States.
