1. Who we are
This site is operated by Starry Services. In everything below, "we" and "us" mean
Starry Services, and "you" means the person using the site.
We sell three things: in-game gifts delivered to a named player, swaps
between cryptocurrencies, and a way to rent your Roblox account out
for gifting.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Roblox
Corporation, and we are not Discord. Roblox and the game names on
this site are trademarks of their owners, used only to describe what
we do.
2. Who may use this
You must be at least 13, and at least the age at which you can agree
to this on your own where you live. In parts of Europe that age is 16.
If you are under it, a parent or guardian has to agree for you.
Signing in is through Discord and nothing else, and Discord sets its
own minimum age at sign-up. We do not ask for a date of birth and we
hold none, so we cannot verify your age ourselves and we do not claim
to.
We do not knowingly hold data about a child under that age. If you
believe we do, tell us and we will delete it.
3. Your account
Signing in with Discord tells us four things and no
more. A Roblox password, login cookie, or two-factor code is only
ever asked for by a form on this site, and nobody here will ever ask
you for one in a message.

4. Prices and paying
Every order is charged before it runs. There is no
credit, no invoice after the fact, and no way to end up owing us
money.

A price you were shown is the price you pay. If we cannot honour it,
we refuse the order instead of charging a different figure. A quote
that has a countdown on it is only good until that countdown ends, and
after that the order is priced again before anything is taken.
We set our own rates and fees and may change them at any time. A change
reaches work that has not been priced yet, and nothing else. An order
you have already confirmed, a rental already running, and money already
added to your balance all keep the rate they were given. We do not
reprice anything backwards.
If an account you have listed for rent is seen in another game while
one of our gifts is running on it, we take $0.50 out of
what that account has earned.
5. Refunds
A job that does not deliver does not keep your money.
What differs is where the refund lands, because the products pay from
different places.

Gifts settle one at a time, so a failure credits back only that gift
and the rest of the order carries on. A gift already bought in game
has been delivered and cannot be credited back after that point.
A swap that stops early goes back on its own. One that stops after the
money has moved on needs us to send it by hand, so tell us if your swap
has stopped and nothing has come back yet.
6. How long it takes
Most of the wait on this site belongs to Roblox or to a
blockchain, not to us.

7. What we refuse
These are refusals, not fine print. An order that asks
for one of them is turned down before it is charged.

You agree not to use this site to launder money, to pay for or move
the proceeds of a crime, to break Roblox's own rules, to reach an
account you do not own, or to attack the site or the people running
it. We can refuse an order, hold a payout, or close an account where
we reasonably believe one of those is happening. Listing an account
that is not yours for rent ends with the account gone and you banned
from us.
8. What we hold
The full list, and it is short because the site was built
to need very little. Everything marked sealed is encrypted where it is
stored, under a key kept outside the database.

Three things this site never writes down: a Roblox login cookie you
supply for a gift, the password and authenticator secret for an
account you save for gifting, and the username, password, and
authenticator secret for an account you list for renting. All three
go straight to the order system. None is logged here or drawn back
onto a page.
The order system does keep them. It holds a gift cookie while the
gift runs and for up to a month afterwards, and it holds a Roblox
login you chose to save for gifting, sealed, until you delete it.
9. Why we hold it
We hold your Discord id, name, and roles to sign you in, to know which
prices and products you are entitled to, and to show you your own
orders. We hold your balance and its movements, and your orders, to
deliver what you paid for and to keep an accurate record of money.
Where the law asks for a basis: we cannot perform our contract with
you without your Discord details, and your balance and orders are that
plus our legal duty to keep accurate financial records. We keep a
device marker and read the plain details your browser sends to spot
fraud and abuse, which is our legitimate interest in a secure site.
Past that we do not profile you, we make no automated decision that has
a legal effect on you, and we do not use anything here for
advertising.
10. Who else sees it
Three, and they are all named here. We sell nothing to
anybody, and there is no advertiser and no data broker in this
list.

Discord sees only that you signed in. We ask it for two things: your
identity and your roles in our server. It gives us nothing else. Our
own order system receives what an order needs to run: a recipient
name for a gift, an address for a swap, an amount, and the id the
order belongs to.
Cloudflare carries every request to this site and counts the pages
that are opened. The counting is a script Cloudflare adds to each
page, not one of ours. It reports the address of the page, the
address that linked to it, how long the page took to draw, the
browser, and the country. It sets no cookie and stores nothing in
your browser. We are shown totals and never a person.
We do count, for ourselves, how far people get through an order. When
a page is opened or a step of a form is reached, the site adds one to
a counter. The whole of what is written down is the name of the step,
the hour it happened in, and how many times it happened in that hour.
There is no id, no name, no address, no session, and no page address
in that record, so it cannot be traced back to a person even by us.
Nothing is stored in your browser for it, and it is shown to nobody
outside.
11. How long we keep it
Your account and its records stay while the account is open. Ask us to
close it and we remove what we are free to remove.
What survives that is the financial record: what was ordered, what was
charged, and when. We keep those for as long as tax and accounting
rules require us to, because we are not permitted to delete them on
request. Everything else goes with the account.

These are yours and using one costs nothing. Ask through

A request is handled by a person, not by a button on this site, so
tell us which of these you want and we will confirm when it is done.
We will ask you to make the request from the Discord account the data
belongs to, because that is the only way we can tell it is you.
13. Cookies and what your browser keeps
Four. Three sign you in, and one helps us spot fraud.
None is shared, none advertises, and none follows you to another site.
There is no consent banner because each one is necessary, either to
sign you in or to keep the site safe.

All four are readable only by this site, are not readable
by a script, and are sent only on a request to this site. One script
on this site comes from somewhere else: Cloudflare adds its page
counter to every page here, and section 10 says what it reports. It
sets no cookie and writes nothing to your browser. Every font, every
stylesheet, and every image is served from this site.
The fourth, did, is a random number your browser keeps so we can tell
a return by the same device from a first visit by a different one. With
it we read the plain things any browser sends anyway, the browser it is
and the language it asks for. We run no fingerprinting script and read
no canvas. It is here for one job, catching fraud and abuse such as one
device opening account after account, and only we can read it. It is
never sold, never shared, and never used to advertise, and nothing it
flags acts on its own, a person looks before anything happens. Clear
your site data and it is gone, and the next visit is a new device to
us.
Two things that are not cookies. To save you typing a crypto address,
a player name, or an amount twice, your browser keeps the last three
you used and offers them under the box. And a swap page that is
waiting counts the sounds it has played, so it plays no more than
three. Both are written by your own browser and are never sent to us.
Nothing you type into a password, a one time code, or a Roblox login
field is ever kept. Clearing site data in your browser removes all of
it.
Signing in sends you to discord.com, and Discord sets its own cookies
there under its own policy. None of those are set on this site, none
of them are readable by us, and no code of Discord's runs on any page
here.
14. Security
Names, gift recipients, and crypto addresses are encrypted where they
are stored, under a key held outside the database and outside the
folder it sits in. Traffic is served over HTTPS. Every form on the
site refuses a submission that did not come from one of our own pages,
and the browser is told to load nothing from anywhere but this site
and the Cloudflare counter named in section 10.
If you find a hole, tell us before you tell anybody else and we will
fix it and thank you. Do not test anything against another person's
account or another person's money.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 at level AA. This is a statement
of what is built and what is not yet, not a badge.

Where a figure changes under you without the page reloading, it is
announced. A screen reader is told the new number instead of leaving
the old one sitting on screen unread: a fee, a total, a chain minimum,
a swap price going out of date, the state of each gift while a cart is
being sent. Those are the places money is decided.
We treat the claim at the top of this section as the thing that binds
us, whatever the law where you are requires of a shop with no
premises.
How this was checked
Reviewed against WCAG 2.2 at level AA, over every page a customer can
reach, by reading the markup, the stylesheets, and the scripts, and by
computing every text and border colour against what is actually
painted behind it. Nobody outside this business has checked it, and it
has not been tested with every screen reader on every browser. It is a
careful self-assessment and it is not an audit.
What we know is still short
The delivery recording sold with a gift is silent screen capture,
with no captions and no written description
of the clip itself. The order page beside it states in words which
account sent, what was sent, to whom, and whether it went through, and
that is the alternative until there is a description. Ask and we will
write one out for your order.
16. If something goes wrong
Ask us in Discord with the order id from that order's
own page. That id is enough to find any order, and we usually answer
within minutes.
17. What we are liable for
We are liable for delivering what you paid for, or giving the money
back. Where an order fails, what you get back is what you paid for
that order.
We are not liable for what Roblox does to an account, for a game
changing or removing an item, for a blockchain fee or a delay, or for
anything you lost that does not follow directly from our failure. None
of this limits anything that cannot be limited by law, including
liability for our own fraud.
The service is provided as it is. We do not promise the site is never
down, and a wait caused by Roblox or by a chain is not a failure on our
part.
18. Changes and contact
When these change, the date at the top changes with them. An order
already placed is governed by what this page said when you placed it.
Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.
These terms and any dispute about them are governed by the law of
the United States.
