Swap

Send one crypto, receive another

Send to the address we give you. The converted crypto goes straight to the address you named. Nothing passes through your balance here.

Straight throughPaid on chain, per swap. It never touches your balance here and needs no deposit first.
A way backWe ask for a refund address before you send. A swap that cannot fill goes back there.
A second routeIf the usual one stops filling, we ask you before using the dearer one.

Both percentages are an estimate of everything the swap costs you, and not our share on its own. One Discord login, then your swaps have somewhere to be listed and checked on.

Cost

Two ways to price it

The amount box decides which of these you get. Both figures are an estimate of the whole cost to you, our fee and the conversion spread together, and not our share on its own. Network gas is on top and comes out of what you receive.

Leave it blank

Send whatever you like over the minimum and receive the conversion of exactly what turns up. This is the cheaper of the two.

0.25% plus gas
Name an amount

You are quoted an exact send and you receive at least that much in USD terms, whatever the rate does while it runs.

1% plus gas

Bitcoin and Litecoin have to be sent as a fixed amount. Watching an address for whatever arrives only works on the other chains, and those take any amount over the minimum.

Minimums

What each chain needs

A swap clears a minimum on both sides, so the one that applies to you is whichever of the two is higher. Ethereum is the expensive side of any pair it is in, because its own delivery gas comes out of what you receive.

Where it goes back

A swap we cannot deliver is returned to your refund address. That address is the reason we will not start one without it, and it is the only thing standing between a failed route and a payment with nowhere to land.

We cannot detect it

Every EVM chain uses the same address format, so a BNB Chain address and an Ethereum address are indistinguishable to us. We check the shape and not the chain, which means picking the wrong network is the one mistake here we cannot catch for you.

While it runs

What you will see

Your swap page says where it got to. What the words on it mean:

  • Waiting

The address is live and nothing has arrived yet. Send to it, and send on the chain the page names.

  • Converting

Your payment confirmed and the swap is running. Nothing is needed from you while it does.

  • Sent

Paid out to your address. The transaction id on your swap page is the one to search on a block explorer.

  • Waiting on you

A route stopped filling part way through. Your funds are safe and the page gives you three ways forward rather than picking for you.
